SALES TAX
Sales tax is only applied to purchases made within New York State. Tax charges will automatically appear during checkout.

SHIPPING
We charge $25 for shipping within the United States to cover shipping and insurance. If you would like to have a piece ship outside of the United States, please contact us.
All shipments are shipped via UPS ground, please contact us if you require expedite service. Unless expedited service was requested, please allow 5-7 business days for the shipment to arrive.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
All of our shipments are 100% insured.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet. Once it is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final.
However, if the piece is damaged upon receival or there is a discrepancy from the picture and description of the product i.e. stone color, size, we will resolve the issue at no charge.
Please note that all sizes provided on the website is approximate as it may vary slightly from piece to piece due to the fact that the jewelry are handmade.

CUSTOM SIZE
All the jewelry on the website is sold as described.
However, if you need a special size or color, please contact us through the contact form or email us at Store@VaubelDesigns.com and a custom order can be arranged.

PRODUCT CARE
To maintain the quality of the jewelry, please avoid chemicals such as perfume, lotion, and soap in contact with the jewelry. Also, please avoid soaking the jewelry in any type of liquid.
To clean the jewelry, please use a polishing glove or wipe with paper towel and Pledge wax.

REPAIRS
Vaubel Designs will process repairs of jewelry purchased through the website, Vaubeldesigns.com.
Vaubel Designs Jewelry purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the jewelry was purchased.
All repairs of jewelry purchased on this website require prior authorization. We cannot give a price for the repair via e-mail or phone. The price of the repair will be determined upon receiving and accessing the item.

Please fill out the contact page form or email us at Store@VaubelDesigns.com explaining the problem to obtain REPAIR #.

The REPAIR # must be clearly marked on the outside of the box that contains the jewelry being sent in for repair.
An INVOICE # or copy of the invoice must be placed inside of the package and the REPAIR # must be written on it.
A PHOTOCOPY of the piece with the REPAIR # and Invoice# for the item must be written on top. Please circle or write out the problem.
Please package the jewelry securely. We suggest insuring the box. We are not responsible for lost packages. No C.O.D. deliveries are accepted. Once your repair is received and inspected by Vaubel Designs, you will be contacted through given phone number and/or email about the price of the repair. Return merchandise to:
