PRODUCT CARE
To maintain the quality of the jewelry, please avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume or hair spray. Also, please avoid soaking the jewelry in any type of liquid.
To clean the jewelry, please use a polishing glove or wipe with paper towel and Pledge furniture wax.

 

REPAIRS
Yes we can repair any of our jewelry. The first thing to do is call us and we will talk it over.

Or, e-mail us a picture of your piece and we will give you a quote.

Please include a paper note in the box that describes what you want us to do.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is only applied to purchases made within New York State. Tax charges will automatically appear during checkout.

 

SHIPPING
Shipping with insurance charges will populate when you put in your address.  If you would like to have a piece shipped outside of the United States, please contact us.
All shipments are shipped via UPS ground. If you would like to use a different shipping carrier, please call us. Please contact us if you require expedited service.
All of our shipments are 100% insured.

 

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet. Once it has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE
Return for 100% store credit within 14 days of the date of receipt.  Return for cash back minus 10% handling fee within 14 days of the date of receipt.
